Women's Professional Soccer Signs with Match Analysis

EMERYVILLE, California - All seven teams of Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) have signed multi-year deals with Match Analysis to provide each club with vital team-by-team video and statistical analysis throughout the league's inaugural season.

Match Analysis will deliver its latest state-of-the-art video and statistical analysis services including Mambo Studio, Tango Online, and Tango ToGo directly to the new teams supporting the launch of the world's best women's soccer league. WPS has attracted the top players and coaches from around the world, and Match Analysis will add the world's best analytical tools.

Match Analysis was selected during a very competitive bidding process beating out the top European brands. The company will serve all aspects of each team's analytical needs from scouting to strategy from analysis to insight.

WPS is the first women's professional league in the United States in over six years, featuring players from 13 countries including all of the U.S. national team players that won gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The league has teams in the Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Jersey, St. Louis and Washington.

Match Analysis delivers state of the art video and statistical analysis tools to top clubs, leagues, and media outlets throughout the world. Match Analysis clients have won over 20 national titles over the last 7 years: most recently the 2008 MLS Cup, 2008 Liga Mexicana Apertura.
